  My husband and I stayed here while visiting the Cache River Wetlands and biking the Tunnel Hill Trail. They let us keep the bikes in our room which was great.... read more Great location to access both Cache River and Shawnee hiking trails. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. We booked directly thru the hotel website.

  The front desk clerk needs customer service training. On the breakfast choices were watered down juices and milk and stale bread. The handle on my room was broken... read more and you need both hands to open the door, something I had to get the front desk to open the first time. There wasn't a second lock on the door. The swivel lock was broken off. We had to stick a folded up napkin in the door to keep it from rattling and put a chair in front of it. There was a 2 inch gap under the door. There was a note on the door going upstairs warning of the broken hand rail. Lingering just outside the door of an evening were guests smoking and drinking beer. On the positive note, the lady who cleaned the room was very nice and our room appeared clean, newer carpet and shower was nice.
